Plutonya helps you manually track wealth, accounts, balances, holdings, goals, and projections. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Plutonya, other users, or the availability and integrity of the product.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your email, protecting your password, and keeping your account credentials secure.

You should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission or if you notice suspicious activity.

Plutonya is not a broker, bank, investment adviser, or tax adviser. Product calculations and projections are informational and should not be treated as financial advice.

Projected returns, goal progress, account values, currency conversions, and historical snapshots may depend on assumptions, manual entries, market data, or third-party providers.

You should independently verify data before making financial, tax, legal, or investment decisions.

You are responsible for manually entered balances, transactions, holdings, costs, notes, and other financial records.

If Plutonya later supports bank, brokerage, market data, or other third-party integrations, those integrations may be subject to additional provider terms and availability limits.

Imported or synced data may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, unavailable, or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing information before relying on it.

You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security controls in Plutonya.

You may not use Plutonya to upload unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

Some features may be offered for free, while others may later require payment or a subscription.

If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing terms, renewal rules, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase or subscription activation.

Plutonya, including its product design, software, branding, and related materials, is owned by Plutonya or its licensors.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the service, subject to the rights needed for Plutonya to operate, secure, and improve the product.

By using Plutonya, you acknowledge that product operation requires storing and processing information you choose to provide.

The service may change as features are added, improved, or removed. We may suspend access if needed to protect users, data, or the product.

Plutonya is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every calculation will match external statements or providers.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Plutonya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
